“You Used to Be” is a song about a person you loved who is no longer present, and how the feelings and emotions remain. The song delves into many emotions created by past friendships, love/break-ups and separations, and loss, and is intended to bring people together who are all going through a hard time from not being able to be connected with their loved ones.
